Data deletion requests
Request deletion of eligible data associated with your DOMA Player device.

DOMA Player provides media-player software, device licensing and playlist-management tools. A software purchase does not include paid TV channels, movies, series or a third-party content subscription.
1. Submit your request
Email support@domaplayer.com with the subject “DOMA Player data deletion request”, or use the contact form linked below and clearly state that you want data associated with your device deleted. Include your DOMA Player Device ID and a reply email address. Never send your Device Key, playlist passwords, provider credentials, PINs, or other secrets.
2. Verification and scope
You can request deletion of your DOMA account, where you have one, and associated data, or specify particular playlist or support data. Support verifies ownership proportionately before acting. This page starts a manual request; it is not an automatic deletion button. Disabling or freezing an account is not deletion. Device ID is optional when asking a general privacy question.
3. What may be retained
Removing a playlist from the active list or clearing the application does not by itself erase server records. Some device, license, trial, security, anti-abuse, accounting, backup, dispute, or legally required records may need to be retained when justified. In particular, limited device and trial/license records may be retained to preserve license integrity and prevent unauthorized trial resets. Support will explain any applicable retention when responding to your request.
4. Local app data
Local application data and server-side data are separate. Uninstalling DOMA Player or clearing local app storage removes local data controlled by the operating system, but does not automatically delete data retained by DOMA Player services. Use this page to request deletion of eligible server-side data.
